We have an annual production capacity of 295,000 metric tons of high-purity PVC resin - that is used in everything from water pipes and electrical cables to packaging and medical equipment across local and international markets. PVC quietly supports everyday life, offering durability and safety that are widely valued in infrastructure and daily use.
At EPCL, our integrated Chlor-Alkali complex also supplies over 100,000 metric tons of caustic soda, chlorine, and hydrogen—critical raw materials for industries such as textiles, water treatment, and chemicals. In addition, we produce caustic flakes and specialized PVC compounds that are engineered for applications such as flooring, cable insulation, and window profiles, designed to deliver performance in areas like impact strength and flame resistance.
PVC suspension resin is our core product, offered under the SABZ brand in multiple grades (AU 58, AU 60, AU 67R, AU 67S, AU 72). Each grade is designed for processing methods such as extrusion, injection molding, calendaring, and compounding.
In Pakistan, the demand for PVC is primarily driven by the construction sector, which accounts for more than half of local consumption, particularly in pipes and fittings. Beyond construction, PVC is also widely used in films, sheets, cables, hoses, footwear, profiles, flooring, foam boards, and artificial leather. Domestic consumption has been growing steadily at around 7% annually, fueled by rising infrastructure development and the need for durable, cost-effective materials.
EPCL holds an 84% domestic PVC market share, supported by technical services and customer engagement programs.

caustic sodaHydrochloric Acid is one of the products in the chlor Alkali manufacturing process. It is used extensively in processes like pickling, oil well acidizing, water treatment and cleaning. Our sales focus has been in the South region only, where the bulk of the production is consumed.
